  It was pleasing to see the children share their many successes in church this morning. It is always wonderful to see the wide range of achievements being acknowledged (sports, academic progress, creativity, courtesy, music, determination, perseverance, behaviour, outstanding team spirit and many more).   

  Our overall Sports Day winners this year were St George – well done!

• South Lakes Safari Zoo

  The whole school had an amazing day at South Lakes Safari Zoo on Tuesday. They thoroughly enjoyed seeing the animals and hand feeding the penguins and giraffes. Their behaviour was superb and it was wonderful to have the whole school together (whilst maintaining bubbles) to share what was a very happy and memorable experience together.

  

• Sports Day 2021

  The children thoroughly enjoyed participating in a variety of races and events at Sports Day. It was great to have Sports Day this year, as we were unable to do it last year and unfortunately many schools were still unable to do it this year. The children’s behaviour and sportsmanship was impeccable. We are looking forward to being able to have the whole school and parents together for next year’s Sports Day.
