It was wonderful to see so many family and friends join us in school today for our special Coronation Street Party. It was a very enjoyable day with children, parents and staff all participating together in a wide range of activities and there was also some very delicious food to share. It is clearly evident that we have a very special school community here at Roughlee and it is a sincere privilege to be a part of it!

Their behaviour was exemplary and the children learned a lot of fascinating facts about not only Judaism, but also the large Jewish community in Manchester. The children utilised what they had learnt to produce a short documentary video.
Our Infant children had a wonderful time at The Nest Farm on Monday. They thoroughly enjoyed their hands on experience with a variety of animals and learning about them, i.e. their diets, temperaments, etc.
