PE and Sports Premium
At Roughlee Church of England Primary School we are proud of the variety of sports we offer, the motivation of the children during PE lesson, the success we have at competitions and the number of children who go on to have a life long passion of sports and leading a healthy life.
All Year 6 pupils (100%) had completed and achieved the statutory swimming skills by July 2025. They are able to:
- Swim over a distance of 25 meters;
- use a range of strokes; and
- perform safe self-rescue in different water-based situations.
